Permanent Part Time (4 days, can build to full time) | Up to $50/hr + Super + Bonus
About the role
Join a supportive community-based Physiotherapy team delivering meaningful, goal-focused care in the environments where clients are most comfortable. You’ll have genuine flexibility and autonomy over your day, without the constraints of a traditional clinic-based role.
An existing 4-day caseload is available immediately, making this an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist of any experience level, including new graduates.
The caseload
You’ll work with a predominantly adult NDIS caseload, alongside aged care and DVA clients, supporting people with a range of neurological, developmental and degenerative conditions.
Your role will include:
- Providing assessments, active rehabilitation and ongoing case management
- Strength and conditioning, falls prevention and functional rehabilitation
- Exercise, therapy and equipment prescription
- Supporting clients with conditions including stroke, ABI, Parkinson’s, MND, dementia, Autism and Down Syndrome
- Delivering individual and group sessions in the community and clinic
- Educating clients, families, carers and support workers
Work environment
- Predominantly community-based across Western Sydney OR Northern Beaches/North Shore
- See clients at home, gyms, parks and other relevant community settings
- Small clinic in Neutral Bay, with additional clinic spaces in Blacktown, Liverpool and Miranda
- No regular office attendance required
- 45–60 minute appointments. Treat up to 5 clients daily
Skills & experience
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
- All experience levels encouraged, including new graduates
- Interest in community, NDIS, neurological or disability-focused Physiotherapy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Australian citizen or permanent resident required
- Own vehicle and driver's licence required
Salary & benefits
- Up to $48/hr + Super, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
- $1.01/km travel allowance
- Permanent part-time, 4 days per week. Can build to full time
